The Australian National Scrabble Championships was held in Perth 11-13 April 2009.
I'm sure everyone will join in me in thanking and congratulating all involved in organising and running this wonderful event. Although I was unable to attend, I have heard so much fantastic feedback that it was much enjoyed by all concerned. I am hoping that we will soon be able to publish some game commentaries and stories from competitors.
Congratulations to the Winners of both divisions, Andrew Fisher in the Masters division with 21 wins from 24 games, and Sunny Wright in the Plate division with 19 wins from 24 games.
